In our company we have chosen different varieties of mandarins including late tangerine or marzaiolo, so called because its ripening often approaches the month of March, in this way there was a longer period of availability of these fruits because the natalino ended and the martyrdom began. We have small but already productive plants, the fruits are light orange, crushed at the poles and very fragrant. They are not large fruits but their sweet taste with a pleasant and tantalizing bit of sour taste is ideal for a healthy snack, to flavor dishes, to make candied peels, you can blend it in whole (removing only the seeds) and freeze it in small portions, when you want to make a cake or biscuits you can add a nut of this mixture to the dough and you will feel an intoxicating perfume from your oven!
